Hi, I’m Natalia!

Welcome to Bloom Language School—a place where language learning is personalized, encouraging, and designed to help every student grow with confidence.

I am an English and Spanish educator with more than 15 years of teaching experience, working with children, teenagers, and adults from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Throughout my career, I have taught both in classrooms and online, helping students build confidence, improve communication skills, and achieve their academic and personal goals.

I work for Pittsburgh Public Schools in Pennsylvania, USA, as an Educational Assistant (ESL – Spanish), where I support multilingual students in developing their English language skills and help bridge communication between English- and Spanish-speaking families and school staff. Before this role, I worked as a Building Substitute Teacher, teaching students across elementary grade levels in various classroom settings.

Teaching has taken me across different countries and cultures. I have lived and worked in Russia, Mexico, Denmark, and the United States, experiences that have shaped my understanding of language learning and cultural diversity. Living abroad has given me firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of learning a new language and adapting to different cultures. It has also strengthened my belief that language is much more than grammar—it is a bridge that connects people and opens doors to new opportunities.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language Education from the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University and have continued my professional development through TESOL and TEFL certifications, including coursework from Arizona State University and a 120-hour Premier TEFL certification. I also regularly participate in professional seminars focused on modern language teaching methodologies.

Over the years, I have taught more than 250 students in private lessons and small groups. My students have successfully improved their school grades, passed important exams, overcome language barriers, and, most importantly, developed confidence in using English and Spanish in real-life situations.

As a multilingual educator, I speak Russian, English, Spanish and Danish. My own experience learning languages helps me understand the challenges my students face and allows me to explain concepts in clear, practical, and supportive ways.

My Teaching Philosophy

I believe that every student learns differently.

That’s why I create lessons that are personalized, engaging, and adapted to each learner’s goals, age, and learning style. Whether I’m teaching a young child taking their first steps in English or an adult preparing for work or travel, my priority is always the same: to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and celebrating every achievement along the way.
